All FingerFox orders are shipped directly from our overseas fulfilment warehouse (China). This is what allows us to offer premium nail art at these prices with free worldwide delivery.
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase.

Delivery estimates are counted from the day your parcel is dispatched, not from the moment you place the order. Occasional customs or carrier delays can add a few days — these are outside our control.
Orders with a subtotal of $25.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $25 are charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Any applicable shipping cost is always shown in your bag before you pay.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch, as parcels must clear international transit before the first scan is registered.
We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, customs fees, import duties or handling charges may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 14 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.
